I just finally realized the damage I've done to my teeth and gums and my confidence has just been a bitch. So I took the promise at 733am 05/16/13 at work this morning. Going outside to throw away the two cans I always have with me.
Don't throw them out in a garbage can bro. Take them to the shitter in your office or whatever and flush that shit. Don't leave the door open to do any dumpster diving.

Post roll in August and get to quittin.

Great call brother. Don't forget that "secret backup" tin under the driver's seat. Or the one in the golf bag. Oh, and the one that may have some dust left in it that fell behind the dresser last month.

Glad to be quit with you.

Good decision on kicking your nicotine habit to the curb. This site can help. We don't use words like try or hope as they are just another excuse for our addictive brains to tell us another lie. There are no short cuts, but here are some links that will help you navigate this site.

This a NO NICOTINE SITE, period, no discussion. Why this Site Works

Biggest thing to do is get acquainted with this site.

Highly recommend you go here: WELCOME CENTER, Getting acclimated and What to Expect

Your quit decision MUST be 100% your decision. Anything short of that sets you up for failure by allowing your addict brain to blame a given situation as reason for you to go back to the can
Welcome to ktc and congrats on making the decision to Quit. If you need anything at all feel free to pm me. I will quit with you any day.
