Well this is by far the hardest thing I have ever been through. Went through about 5 cans a week before I quit last Sunday. I planned my quit about a month in advance so I could slowly try and cut back. This is the first time in my 15 years of chewing that I have wanted to quit for me. I know I have a long road ahead of me. Just trying to take it one day at a time. Hope this gets easier!

Go there every day and post roll. By posting roll, you are making a solemn promise to every one in your group, and every one posting support that you will not use nicotine in any for for the rest of the day. Go back tomorrow, and every tomorrow afterward, and make that promise again.

Congrats on your accomplishment. Keep Rollin brother, this is a great place to be. The crew here know what it is to quit and can relate to you and what your experiencing. It probably seems silly since you are dip free, but you might be as amazed as I was how much easier it is to quit nicotine with a team rather than quitting by myself. 8)
