Good man Phillies. I see you posted roll for Day 5, ...means you won yesterday's battle and you've promised to stay quit today. Lets finish the day strong and chalk up another victory. Tomorrow is a new day and I can't think of a better day to quit.

Steakbomb nailed it, get through today, and do it again tomorrow. Get some digits from your December brethren, and let be quit today.
Congrats on a great choice. Post roll, read all you can...especially Steakbomb's post...and enjoy your new freedom.

Whoa Nelly! Easy there killer...you're on day 4 and already thinking HOF?!! Worry about day 4. When you win today and stay quit, then worry about day 5 when it gets here. You can't get to the HOF unless you can notch day 4...and it just goes like that all the way up to 100. You can't get there until you win for that current day. That's what m'man Mogul is referring to "one day at a time" ODAAT.

And just so you know, day 100,...the big HOF day...is just another day to be quit. You're not miraculously cured on that day; you'll still be an addict. But, if you're serious about this, and I hope you are, then read up on this website. Most importantly, read up on posting roll. It is the cornerstone of quitting and needs to become the most important thing you do each day. Do this every day, and we'll all quit with you every day. One day at a time.

Welcome phillies, glad you love the site. Let's get down to business.

There is no working on quitting, no try. There is only quit. It is a conscious decision that you must make for yourself every damn day. If you think that the nic bitch is powerful now, just wait til she starts really fucking with your mind.

Don't worry too much about that right now though. All I ask for, and all that you can ask of yourself is one damn day. You have to wake up with the first thought in your head, "I will not use nicotine in any form today."

Step two, roll your ass out of bed and post roll. Make a promise to yourself and everyone in the group that you will not use nicotine that day.

The most important step, honor that promise. No matter what happens to you for the entire day you cannot and will not cave if you are a man of your word.

Jump on in, 100%. And you will have an army of quitters here to support you.

Pm me if you need more support. I quit with you today!

Hey guys (...and gals?)

Phillies221 here and I just need to introduce myself. I am 24 years old and have been dipping for almost 9 years. I started off in high school chewing Red Man Golden Blend and started using Levi Garrett shortly after that. I have used all of it and am currently working on quitting. I got my last 3-finger dip on Wednesday night, the 17th. I am on day 4 now and am up and down. Sometimes I feel great, sometimes I get the "fog" and feel like knocking out the teeth of anyone who crosses me. I never realized how powerful nicotine is. Keep supporting me guys! 96 days until H.O.F.
