Awesome choice, Jeff, and one you won't regret. Glad to see another quitter signing up! Use all the resources available here and you will be successful! As Keith said, get digits and use them. Mine are available any time you ask.

I'm glad you're here. You're in the right place to be quit and stay quit if you're committed. The formula is simple: Accountability + Brotherhood = Success.

Drink plenty of water, focus your energy on something besides nicotine, and take things ONE DAY AT A TIME. Don't worry about tomorrow. Focus on today. Make your promise in the June 2021 Quit Group.

Make that promise every day, early. We call it WUPP - Wake Up, Piss, Post. Once you give your word, KEEP IT for 24 hours. Then do it again. Trade digits with people in your group through private messaging. Get connected! That's critical for success, buddy.
