Glad to see ya here! It's the best choice you will ever make. Taking the right step to extend your life is always the best choice. But I've been right there with ya too many times, falling asleep with a chew in only to awake with dip spit drool next to your pillow. The things we did just to try and kill ourselves. Anyway, proud to be quit with you and if you need any extra digits, hit me up!

Hey guys.  My name is Tommy. I'm 47 and dipped for 25 years. Today is my 1st day quitting. I'm sick of being tied to the can. Tired of worrying about my health, spending ungodly amounts of money and just feeling like crap most of the time. Most of the hours of the day for the past 25 years, I've had a dip in my lip. Heck, sometimes even while I slept. So, I know this is going to be hard. I like the idea of only concentrating on one day at a time.

Welcome Tommy, our stories are much the same, 20+ Years of dip, sitting at 41 years young. If you need anything at all please let me know. This is not an easy battle, but together we can get it done. 42 days quit for me so far, some days are better then others, we once had a life before dip, and we will have it again. Toss me a pm if you need some digits! Welcome to KTC!

That's how it works Tommy, when you get up in the morning you make your promise to your group
and you keep it all day every day. Before you know it you will run out of fingers and toe to keep track of your days QUIT.  Proud to be quit with you !!
