Plusses always outweigh the minuses when it comes to quitting nicotine Jeff.  You are killing it my friend.  Every 'one day at a time' just keeps adding on the the previous ones and before you know it, the craves will subside and you won't think about dip all the time.  It really does get better and better.

I appreciate your words of encouragement!!  Thanks for supporting us in our quits!  Proud to be quit with you Chris!

If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Welcome and we are glad to have you here, @JeffH4257 . If you are truly ready to quit, let's get you posting roll. It is a daily promise that you will not use tobacco/nicotine for that day. You are in my Feb Pre-HOF 2021 group found here: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16776.0.

Quitting sucks, so we take it One Day At a Time (ODAAT). I didn't really understand it at first, but it makes perfect sense as you get into your quit. We can't say we will never dip again, but what we can say is, I promise to not use today. Tomorrow is a new day and a new promise.

Again, welcome and please reach out if you have questions or need help :)

It's been more than 24 hours since I quit.  Copenhagen WG LC.  I have been wanting to quit for some time.  It's been an on and off relationship for 10 years.  Most recently on again (June 2020).   I have seen this site before, never been on to post.  So you are stuck with me now that I am posting.

Anyway, I know the shit's about to get real.  I am ready.
