Make relationships with other members. Reach out. Exchange digits. We all failed on our own.

@Troop

If I did my math correctly this time, you should be in the May 2021 quit group.

Your quit date of February 17 put you in the May 2021 group. NOT JUNE

25 years chewing. I wouldn't have let it do some damage had it not been so good at first.But this old habit has got to go.12 days and this opponent is knocking me around like a rag doll.It doesn't know that I am really,really,done with it.
@Troop  welcome to KTC. It isn’t a habit. It is an addiction. You are an addict and your drug is nicotine. Wake up, piss, and post your promise first thing every day to stay nicotine free for the day. Don’t worry about tomorrow. We will deal with it when it gets here. Only focus about quitting for today. Suggest you exchange digits with your group members in June21 quit group. Those relationships will pay huge dividends when you have a bump in the road. It also makes it easier to hold each other accountable. Reach out if i can help.

Hey man. Have you added up how much you spent over 25 years?  I spent FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. The calculator tells the truth.

@Troop  I merged your Introductions. Each quitter is allowed one. Please don’t create another one.
