Yup one at a time...just a moody person now pretty sure my wife is sick of me but she will get over it. Glad to know I'm not the only one battling.

Thanks for the support everyone. Yesterday I crawled all over the website and forum. Today I joined. I am so tired of nico owning me. Owen, I am literally beating this one crave at a time. I hope you are too. Yesterday I was the same way, so tired, today not so bad until a crave hits. I have to stand up and pace for a moment, deep breaths, drink some cold water, let it pass. I have had to accept that this is how its going to be for me for a bout a week until the nico is out of my system. I'm going to quit, that simple.

It's my quit day to. About 9 hours into it anyways...feel like I just want to sleep all day but I really don't want a chew...I'm sick of it and done with it. But I'm sure the worst has yet to come.

Owen and Triger, I'm only a week or so ahead of you guys but the vets have been great to me. Get one of them to give you their number and pm me if you want to exchange numbers with someone in your quit group.
If any of you would like a cell number shoot me a PM.

This site should be your crave prevention the next couple weeks. You need to post roll and get involved.
The reason why we all failed before is we didn't have support and accountability. If you want to quit, invest in it!

Day 2...
Been hooked on nicotine for over 30 years, on and off.
Just have to stop. No more trying. Just doing it, one crave at a time.
Like the attitude. This isn't a try kind of thing- either do it or don't. Take it one day at a time.

Read as much as you can on this site. Drink lots of water to help with the withdrawal symptoms. Most importantly post roll and honor your word.
