How you doing @Northboundtrucker? I don’t find you in a quit group unless I am blind but the jury is still out on that. I just finished a post reply for acid reflux which I suffered 8 weeks of before a specialist figured it out. It is amazing what tobacco and nicotine cover up. So I will keep looking for your post but come on and get on. If I can be at day 116 after a 30 year addiction then you can to. Until then stay strong, stay safe, God bless and IQWYT.

I had quit for a few years and then started back on business trips and now after 7 years of full time. I flushed a brand new can on June 11th and said enough.  Some rough the last week but holding strong. I stopped at 7-11 and the dude just reached back and grabbed a can and I said no thanks. I told him I quit and he said that's good. Dentist appointment on Friday. Sore mouth and throat. I got this.
Click on the link to freedom and start posting roll @Northboundtrucker https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16478.0.  We wake up, piss and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Repeat the process the following day. Keep your focus one day at a time. Make some relationships with fellow quitters but only exchange  digits through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. You can do this and we are here to help.
