@Clew1303  Congratulations on getting back on the horse.  Like GS said, you don't have to quit alone anymore - you are a part of a community now that has your back.  That is one of the reasons KTC works - Brotherhood + Accountability = Success.  Just make that promise every morning - and keep your word.  In the meantime, read everything you can on this site about your addiction.  Post your journey on this introduction thread.  Post in October 2020 about your worries, what you are pissed at (which right now, with a little withdrawal rage, will be just about everything), whatever you need to unload - bring it to the boards of KTC.
Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

If you had four days, had you been on the site for four days? If so, you should have been posting roll with the October 2020 quitters. If you were trying to do this on your own for four days, that might explain the cave. The Lone Wolf quit strategy rarely works out for the best. KTC is the place to be for accountability, support, and Quit brotherhood/sisterhood. Quitting is hard; it's even harder going at it solo, but that's what's awesome about this site. You don't have to.

Get to the October Quit Group, make your daily promise to quit nicotine in all forms, and keep that promise to yourself and to your group for 24 hours. ODAAT - One Day At A Time.

Remember this, addict: EVERY DAY IS DAY ONE. You hold me accountable for my quit at 124 days; I hold you accountable for your quit at 1 day. There is no difference, @Clew1303.
