@Pierce1526 hope to see you on roll this morning. If July 25th is your day 1 you are actually in the Nov 2020 group. Here is the link for posting - https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=15852.0   The routine you establish is very important. The proven method is to wake up, piss, and post your promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Keep your word and repeat the process the following day. Only worry about quitting for today. We will deal with tomorrow when it comes. Make some relationships. Exchange digits through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. Shoot me a message if I can help. You can do this and we are here to help.

Congratulations. What you did is the correct way to get started...

1. An intro
2. A roll post

Doesn't have to be in that order, but I would suggest any new quitter to post roll first and then make an intro. Don't let yourself off the hook.

Don't dip tonight and come back early tomorrow and post roll again. Keep your word!!
