Way to go oldog. Keep that nic bitch out of your life...one day at a time. No need to put that cancer rat back in your mouth, chewing on your lip, filling you full of poison. Fight it one day at a time. Reach out if you need to bro. Welcome.

This is my first post on this site. I have been an addict for 18 years. I took my last dip two days ago. I will never put that crap back in my body.

I quit for 10 months about 9 years ago, but for all the wrong reasons. I remember how hard that was. I am very excited about this site and my quit. I have the right reasons and the right tools to get my life back.

Looking forward to joining you folks!!!!!
Yes, it's clear that you do have your head on straight. I'm happy for you, and glad you'll be there to lean on, oldog.

Welcome oldog, post roll and when you're feeling down reach out to others both to add wind to their sails and let us know if you need some wind added to yours.
