Welcome to the best decision you can make, me too am 41 years old, dipped for 23+years starting at age 18...what a dumbass I was.

Well that is in the past now, that we need to bury behind us but never forget it as we are addicts, and now is the time to begin, one day at a time to be quit.

You have to want it bad....the quit that is.....I know I do. Now post that name and show me you want it too.

That's awesome. Start posting roll (see salmon colored welvome center tab at top of page). Do the same tomorrow and the next day and the next day, etc....when you have questions, feel like shit, feel like tearing somebodys head off, jump on here for help. Why did u decide to quit by the way!

I am a 41 years old and have been chewing since i was a teenager i would have to guess that i started when i was 15 or 16. but today i became a quitter and have done really well today
