Welcome Smoyer.

Good job getting on roll call and making your promise to stay nicotine free today with the good people here going through similar things. It sucks for a while, but it gets much better soon. Then it's a mind game. Keep making that promise daily, keep honoring your word, and you won't have to go through these early days ever again.

I've been quit 895 days today and while it's been a roller coaster ride at times, I have absolutely no regrets about quitting.

Quitting for good
« on: August 19, 2019, 10:38:35 AM »
Hi All,

So glad that I have found this forum. its been 7 days for me. I dipped for 27 years. The last few days have been horrible on me. Major withdrawals, thought I was having a heart attack, foggy, irritable, tired, mad, afraid all rolled into one. I have quit 2 other times before and I do not remember it being this bad.

I will survive to keep fighting another day.

Thanks for being here for me!
