glad to have you back Travis, make sure you answer the 3 questions and post them in your old group as well as your new. dig deep as to what lead you back to the can. in that moment what was going on in your life? stressed? thought you could control it? partying with a friend? etc..

Lets call a spade a spade. I am fucking weak and a coward and I gave into the nicotine after nearly 500 days. I failed to reach out to those who are there to support me. I thought I didn't need KTC bc I made it past 100 days. So I am back and I am pissed but also humbled. I am back to day 1 and recommitting myself to the quit, to my new group and also to the friends I made here last time.
