Been there and done that. It comes and goes, but is almost gone now. Doctor says nothing is wrong and suspects it is related to the nicotine withdrawal.

That is a damn fine avatar, my friend!  'EERS!!!

I have had body aches, aches in my hip joint, shoulders, etc. Most have gone away. I quit 167 days ago, but I still have tingling in feet and hands. I took low dose of ibuprofen to help with body aches.
Have you seen your doctor? I highly recommend doing that, ASAP. Body aches are one thing, but tingling in the extremities could be a whole different matter. Go find out what's causing it. Like, now.

"In a small study conducted at Penn State, researchers have shown, for the first time, that heavy or moderate smokers who stop smoking have symptoms similar to those experienced by patients undergoing an inflammatory response – suggesting that anti-inflammatory medication might ease some nicotine withdrawal woes."

Great stuff - thanks for sharing Zeus!

Hello! I’m 44 days tobacco free! This is after over 40 years chewing Copenhagen, a can a day! How insane is that?
It’s going pretty good but I’m having horrible body aches. Is that part of my withdrawl? I’m also 59, that may have something to do wit it! Lol! But the aches seem to have come on coinciding with my quit. Any insight anyone may have would be appreciated. Thanks and have a dandy day!

Welcome, 44 days on your own is awesome!  You should post up in the August group - they all quit around your time and they're all going through the same stuff you are.  Here is a link to the group: https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=14197.0

I didn't have body aches, but I'm sure it is one of the many symptoms you experience in quitting dip.  My main issues were headaches and inability to sleep.  Ask around in the quit groups and I'm sure you'll find someone who went through exactly what you did.
