Wow, 200 days of none of that shit in my lip. This is the furthest I've ever made it.

I know I've went through some dark times (not all quitting related) and probably sounded like a whiny bitch at times, thank you all for bearing with me.

I know there may still be some rough days ahead but I also know I have support to get me through those times.

Let's keep waking up pissing & posting, we got this. I quit with you today.

Congrats H_M.  HUGE accomplishment.  Quitting ODAAT with you today my friend.

In my original introduction I stated 6 months was longest attempt.

Six months was two days ago for me and feeling really good without nicotine in my my life.

In fact, I have zero desire to put that shit back in my lip.

Thanks KTC forum.

Such a great win! Thanx for sharing sir, and keep up the strong effort

It's different for everyone, but the healing continues and you'll feel better the longer you go nicotine free.  I had rough days even after a few years quit.  The key is to keep quitting.  8)
you are knocking on the door to 2nd floor.  super proud of you and how you are keeping your quit front and center, WUPP everyday, and supporting other groups!
never forget man.  6 months is awesome but it's a drop in the bucket to what your quit can be.

never forget ever.

im fucking proud of you man.
