761 days. It is really hard to believe. After dipping for nearly 38 years, I never thought I would make it to this point. The knowledge I have gained on KTC, the support, accountability, and brother/sisterhood are the only reasons I am clean. I never realized the power of quitting ODAAT - One day at a time. It sure does reduce my stress and anxiety levels by not looking into the future. The light sure does get brighter at the end of the tunnel. Waking up, pissing, and posting roll is such a small action to take to go from actively killing yourself to prolonging your life. Thank you to everyone that has played a role in my quit. I couldn’t have achieved this without you.
Thank you so much for the daily support, Keith.  You are doing this the right way, and believe it or not... the freedom that you feel now... only gets better as time goes by.  You are a leader here, and are helping a lot of others achieve the freedom you've earned.  That is a beautiful thing.

Congrats on 600 Keith!
2nd that. You earned the shit out of those 600 days. Treat yourself to something nice.

Steaks and BJ's on every damn Milestone... ain't that right @Steakbomb18 ??

Way to work Keith and I'm sure you're realizing that the quit life just continues to reap rewards, even in your second lap around the sun.  6 and 1/2 years in and I'm still reaping the benefits.  Congratulations! May it be March 14th for you on many more days to come

Hard to believe it is 500 days now. It was not an easy journey but I am thankful about that. I take pride in knowing I worked hard to reach this point but also know I couldn’t have done it without a lot of help from my brothers and sisters. The addiction will always be there but it is nice to know that everyday I am taking back more control. Thank you to everyone that has helped me. Wake up, piss, and post your promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Keep your promise. Make relationships with people that care as much as you should that you stay nicotine free to support you. Take time to help a few other quitters daily. The formula isn’t very hard.

Sign up and let KTC show you the path to getting you freedom back. You can quit and we are here to help you.

Keep being the Rockstar Quitter you are Keith.  You are a pillar to many peoples quit.

Congrats Keith on half a grand!!  You are a constant source of support for me and for that I owe you more than I can communicate.  You are a quit stud and I'm PTBQWYT my friend.
