I’m just kinda confused on how to use this site How do I post roll
Click on the link that @snahsorg gave you up above. That will take you to the November 2020 quit group.  Find the most recent roll post there, hit quote, and add your name, day count and promise to be nic free below the last Knucklehead to do so.
Good job @Tyler22 posting today. Don't worry if you stick it in the wrong place. Somebody will fix it then give you an idea where to go. I screwed up to the whole first week posting roll but the vets straightened me out. Just glad to see you here getting that nasty nic demon out of your system. Everybody here is willing to help and all you need to do is reach out to them. Get some quit buddies as that goes a long way in helping. You want my digits just send me a pm and they are yours. Welcome aboard and God bless.

Well, @Tyler22, it's been over 24 hours since your first post. You still with us? I hope so. You were given some good advice by Zeus and snahsorg. Didn't see your name on the November roll today, though. Dude, you made the first step; you quit. You don't have to stay quit by yourself, though. Get in a group with some guys and gals who are going through the exact same shit you are - the physical symptoms, the mental head games, the emotional roller coaster. We've ALL been there.

Hey, you were smarter than probably most of the people on this site; it took only 2 years for you to wise the hell up and quit. Most of us dipped or chewed for 20 or more years! So you did one smart thing; you quit. Now do another smart thing and stay that way with accountability and support from us here at KTC.

Welcome to KTC, Tyler. You are in the right place. Read as many articles on this forum as you can. The more educated you are about nicotine addiction, the better equipped you will be in fighting it. The best thing you can do is join a quit group. Your quit beginning today, you would be in the November 2020 quit group.

Go there, post your daily pledge to be nicotine free for 24 hours. Wake up tomorrow and do it again. Make it an early pledge, rather than a late update. Swap numbers with fellow quitters, ask questions, read, rinse, repeat. This place works if you put the work in yourself.
Ginger and Green Tea are great remedies. Also-- lots of water. Then a heaping spoon of intestinal fortitude.
