Anyone else experience the same thing?
Your body will be going through a ton of changes for weeks and even months. Not have the poison, nicotine, running through your body impacts many things including blood pressure.

Nicotine increases your heart rate, raises your bp and narrows blood vessels. If you monitor your heart rate daily you will likely notice a difference overtime.
Really depends on what you mean by dramatic and how long overtime you've noticed the change.
