Congratulations.
You are quit.
We are too, and we have a plan of action to keep you quit. We implement that plan one day at a time by doing the following:

You are in the November 2021 Pre-HOF Group
(please click to go to your group) if your quit date is between 7/25/2021 and 8/23/2021.
This represents a milestone in your quit: 100 days. This may take a little bit of practice, but click here to see how to do it. Our roll post is both a battle cry and a cry for help in this war. It is our promise that we will not use nicotine today.
Keeping Your Word
All you have to do is keep your promise that you won't use nicotine today.
Seems simple, right?
There are others here that have traveled this path before you, and they have left markers for us to follow. The KTC can be the be biggest, baddest weapon you carry into this battle, but ultimately, it is up to YOU to pull the trigger. There are many Words of Wisdom written here that may be helpful in your journey and the Hall of Fame Speeches made by our members after being 100 days quit. These members are the most powerful asset to your quit. Make friends with your brothers. It is easier to turn to a friend when in need than it is to turn to a stranger. Exchanging phone numbers and emails are great ways to get to know your brothers.
Repeating
When the day is over, we do what kept us quit yesterday. We learn from our past failures. We don't worry about the future.
YOU ARE QUIT. WE CAN HELP YOU STAY THAT WAY.
YOU CAN DO THIS BECAUSE WE ARE.
