It's only tough to log in and post roll if you make it so. Get some numbers (PM me) from some guys and you can text or call and get posted up. Simple as that. I got at least seven or eight guys that I could text right now and get them to post roll for me...you can too.

You don't need the encouragement. That you are here and that you have posted roll means that you don't need encouragement because you have quit and that is the goal line. You might need support. You might need to be reminded of why you are here and why you are doing this, but you don't need encouragement.

Stay quit with me.

Thank you to each of for the great replies. I am doing well on day two ... got a big old wad of mint dip in right now, I guess its working as I am not about to run out to the 7-11. I am on the road for work this week so kind of tough to log in each day etc. -- and also tough because it is when I would rely so much on dip. That is in the past now ... locked and loaded with a new attitude! Thanks again guys. I am sure I will need the encouragement in the near future.

The last nudge is this...by staying quit today and tomorrow and the day after that, you might very well save your own life.

I get that you have circumstances that are different than most of us, but like all of us it is a matter of willpower, honor, and your word. If you post roll with us, then you post roll saying that you won't use and you can be damn sure that if you read that I posted roll I'm giving you my word that I won't either. If you take your word seriously then you can be sure that you'll get a hell of a lot out of this place.

I'm in the March group, but I'm only on Day 15 so I'm not far from Day 1. You need support, help, assistance, or whatever, you PM me and I'll send you my cell number. You can do this with us. Glad to be quit with you today.

Go to the April Quit Group in the Community section. April is when you will hit 100 days quit so you will be quitting with like minded people going through the same struggle.

Post roll, Day 1, stay away from any nicotine, then get up and make your promise again. As simple as that.

You can do this. Stay quit

The brother in Kandahar has given me the last nudge that I need ... I am half way thru day one. Still trying to figure out how to actually join the quit group and get more involved. Need to order some more Hooch dip ASAP!
