@Ste congrats on making a great decision. You should head over to Discord, https://discord.gg/9qXQcTHuhd and start posting roll wit your group. Quitting with a group is soooo much easier than quitting alone. The accountability and sister/brotherhood really make a difference. Don’t be afraid to exchange digits and make some connections. The system works.

I have dipped for 30 years and quit on 10-1-2022. It has been hard and right now my mouth is a wreck but by reading this page, I found out that is normal. This is a great resource and glad I am finally getting free of the dip.
