Day 1 wasn't very tough due to the fact that it was still in my system from when I quit I'm sure the next couple days it will become more tough once it is out of my system and I start going through withdrawal and I will have to see how that one goes.

It goes one day at a time my friend.  Just come here every morning when you wake up and post your promise to be nicotine free for the day, keep your word, repeat daily.

Won't it be nice to kiss your wife in 5 and 1/2 months with a clean, tobacco and nicotine free mouth?

Reach out if you need to.  You have my phone number and I have whatsapp on my phone, I just don't know how to use it.

Stay safe David,

Chris

Come here. Vent. Get involved. Ask questions.

You are NOT alone but you're doing through some shit right now. We'll help guide you through.

If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.
