Welcome my quit brother. PM me if you want my cell number to text or call. Keep a good attitude and keep your sense of humor about the crazy shit you're about to go through. If you can manage to laugh at yourself and your symptoms it'll be a hell of a lot easier. Easier said than done - but try to keep it in mind.

Let me know if I can help.

Big

You are an addict! The only question remains are you bigger than this addiction? I say yes--what about you?

Post roll and repeat every day. Keep your word.

Big 4th day
« on: December 28, 2011, 05:59:00 AM »
Hello everyone. Its my forth day. Glad this place is here. It will be my 4th
day today. My brain is in a fog. Found where to introduce yourself for March but not Aporil 2012.
Was reading the side effects of quitting. I definitley have the foggy brain, but
worse for me is short tempered. Its either post now or smash the netbook.
I've been dipping for a couple years THIS TIME. Its Kodiak. Don't have a problem with anything else. quit ciggs over 20 years aggo. Never looked back.
Problem is it seams like no matter how long i quit for, all I have to do is see a can
Of kodiac. I go into tunnel vision. Was going to control it this time. Yea right. In a short time was up to a can a day.
Now 2 years later I lost 30 lbs. And I swear this shit is giving me pains in my chest. (20 lb more than i want to) Its buy new clothes or quit the dip.
I'm oviously brainwashed somehow buy it. I work outside and I think dipping
Is healthy and a great outdoor thing to do. Course now its my 4th day And Woke up panicking about mouth cancer. Um I wonder if it is from what i saw on this site last night?! Glad i finally looked at the pics. Woudn't do it before.
Anyway its good to know I'm not the only one quitting.
Thanks for listening to the ramble.
