Welcome back.  Are you actually ready to quit this time?  Last time you made it a whole 2 weeks.  A little advise for you:  If you are not here to quit for you and you alone, you will probably fail again.  Make sure this quit is for you.  Make sure you wake up, piss, post every damn day.  Make sure you keep your promise every damn day.  Reach out to a fellow quitter, before you go buy a can, if the craving is too strong.  Exchange phone numbers with as many other quitters as possible.  Mine are available for the asking.

I posted the three questions that you need to answer in the November 2020 group.  Think about your answers.  The questions are to make you reflect on your past caves and try to figure out why you caved to help prevent you caving in the future.  So dig deep.  Post your answers n both your new group and your old July 2016 group.

I am truly glad you have decided to quit.  Let's make it stick this time.

Proud to quit with you,

chris2alaska
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.

Do not let the actions of others determine the direction of YOUR quit.

Thats the one for you. Post your daily promise to stay nic free :)
@Brobkc1987  Indrek provided the link to reclaim your freedom. We wake up, piss, and post our promise to stay nicotine free for the day. Keep your word and repeat the process the following day. Only worry about today. We will deal with tomorrow when it gets here. You can do this and we are here to help.
