Hey All -

Just found this forum. Today marks day 7 of a cold turkey quit for me. Had a can a day habit for around 10 years. This first week has been brutal with headaches, short temper, and just being in a general fog. It’s gonna be a tough road, especially since a bunch of my buddies dip, but i’m determined to kick the can!
