Today is day 4 for me -2/28/11 quit date. Just found this site and its got a lot of awesome stuff.
I smoked for 10 years, quit that last year. Kept the occasional chew habit going and it started geting bad since I stopped smoking. I used dip to keep me going at work and to deal with stress/bordom. Irritability is starting to lift a little, fog is getting better, gums hurt. I quit before going to see my inlaws. i didn't punch anyone out so I know this can be done.
