Follow up today with the plastic surgeon went well.
He said it looks like everything is healing nicely.
About the only good news going on around here...

She will have to have weekly follow-ups with him until the reconstruction process is finished, likely another 4 months if no chemo or radiation, considerably longer if either of those are called for by the oncologist she will not see for another 10 days or so.

Today is 365 days since we lost her son Nolan.
That's really the only thing on her mind and nothing can change or fix that.
Going to have some of his friends over tonight and release a couple Chinese lanterns in his honor

Hate to bring everyone down if you are reading this, just really nobody around home to talk to about all this, so just trying to clear my head.
Thanx for all the support for the last 620 days but especially the last 365.

Follow up this morning with the surgeon: she is now filling out discharge paperwork and we plan on leaving after a quick follow-up with the plastic surgeon.

Back home now, as of 3:30, Anne is worn out from the last 48 hours

Surgery day for the fiance, scheduled for 12:30, got started an hour late but finished the first half an hour earlier than we had been told it would take.

500-600 seemed to crawl by compared to any of the previous floors beyond HOF, not sure why?
Probably because I was also quitting coffee and soda during everyone of those 100 days.
Don't think I could have done the coffee/soda thing first or at the same time as nicotine, at least not in the beginning.

On another note,
Today a brother lost his mother, that is more important than anything I have to say or actually do in here today,
So get over to January 2018 and offer your deepest sympathies and support to the Texas Chief, he is in need today!
