7 days over. Last dip on 23rd Dec @ 8 am. Now its 30th Dec 11 AM. On 8th Day now. Fogg is slowly clearing. cravings are more now. Its more psychological than physiological I guess.. My Target is first to touch 100 days freedom. Hope by that time cravings would have gone.
