Some advice - quit for yourself first and don't rely on luck.  You can do this.  Make a promise to quit every day and keep that promise.  Take it one day at a time.  Get yourself over to Discord and introduce yourself.   8)

@Quitdipnow2222 (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=30126) I'm going to need you to try that whole intro again. A few things to help you revise it:

1.) When deciding to quit, you MUST quit for yourself first. Spouse, kids, pets, etc. come after. If you attach your quit to your wife or kids, you are more apt to make excuses to cave. Your wife pisses you off? You may justify buying a tin since you want to get back at your wife. Your kids stressing you out? You justify buying a can in a moment of unreasonable anger since you don't care about those shits right now. If you quit for yourself first and foremost, it turns the responsibility on you alone; nothing that happens around you is justification to cave. Ever.

2.) There is zero luck when it comes to quitting. Hope in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills up first. We control our destiny here by making a promise early each and every day and honoring that promise through thick and thin 24 hours at a time.

Head over to KTC on Discord and get plugged into your quit group.
