So I've been dipping since my 18th b day non stop and finally went cold turkey yesterday. Definately the hardest thing I have ever done but I'm really proud of myself. I've quit for a few days before only to relapse completely but this time it is different I'm not letting anything hold power over me plus I want that kick ass hof knife.
