@TriDiver At KTC, excuses are like a pile of crap - everyone has them and they all stink. There is no excuse or reason on this planet that will justify a cave.

There is no judgement here but we do call out bullshit and excuses and addict speak when we see it. It sounds like you are quitting for the right reason this time (yourself) since if we attach our quits to spouses, children, jobs, etc. they often times don't last.

Glad to have you back; show us by your dedication that you really mean it this time. We are here to support you but also to hold you accountable which sometimes means telling you things that can be hard to hear. Make your promise early each morning and build up a network of brotherhood around you. Make it impossible to fail.

Wow!  I didn't see any real explanation for your cave.  You can quit but you need to quit for yourself, and you need to quit every day, one day at a time.

Hello, 

  My name is Robert and I have used Copenhagen for 32 of my 56 years of life.  I had successfully quit back in 2007 and stayed off the can for 7 years until 2015.  Unfortunately, mounting pressures got the best of me.  Three kids Autistic, 1 kid was in trouble with the law, marriage in trouble, and being in the 1 place in Afghanistan that always had dip.  So I started again and now I just want to be done with it.  I was a part of this group back then and I know that accountability is very important.  I have put this off for way too long but now I know that I longer want to be a slave.
