Day 56
Seems my intro has grown a life of its own while I wasn't paying attention.
Very nice call on Topanga grown up.....and all the other additions.
Wen to the Dr the other day for first time in a long time.
He took one look at my weight and BP and said I needed to lose 20 pounds and immediately wrote me a 30 day prescription for bp med followed by a follow up visit in 3 months to see if they are working.
WTF? I will run out 60 days before I see him.
I am 6'3" 235 granted I am a bit out of shape but his chart told him I am obese.
I realize obesity is a problem in this country but if their charts say I am obese then no wonder there is such a high rate of obesity.
OK that rant is over.
Not sure if the BP meds are causing a fog or if I am hitting another fog rolling in because I am in the 50's or maybe both but it makes it hard to do my job.
I keep forgetting things, losing my train of thought, and generally not caring about my job.
I don't like it but I am not gonna go back to the whispering bitch though.
I am done with her.

It could very well be the BP meds. If I may suggest a diet rich in green veggies. I now eat a stable diet of cucumbers, celery and green bell peppers. I consume a large amount of veggies and I have found that it helps clear my system and I think better besides just overall physical well being.

I am happy to keep updating the list and because of this list I think that Miley Cyrus should now be known as Voldemort...as in we can say her name. The Topanga thing was because my daughter made me watch a show last week and I was like "WTF Topanga finally got hot, oh and she has some nice 'booby' '40' too.

This list is one of the greatest things on this entire website. I call it a labor of love.

The 50s were brutal for me too, Avian. After that though, it's been pretty smooth sailing. Either way you've won everyday for 8 straight weeks. That is some bad ass quitting right there!

Seems my intro has grown a life of its own while I wasn't paying attention.
Very nice call on Topanga grown up.....and all the other additions.
Wen to the Dr the other day for first time in a long time.
He took one look at my weight and BP and said I needed to lose 20 pounds and immediately wrote me a 30 day prescription for bp med followed by a follow up visit in 3 months to see if they are working.
WTF? I will run out 60 days before I see him.
I am 6'3" 235 granted I am a bit out of shape but his chart told him I am obese.
I realize obesity is a problem in this country but if their charts say I am obese then no wonder there is such a high rate of obesity.
OK that rant is over.
Not sure if the BP meds are causing a fog or if I am hitting another fog rolling in because I am in the 50's or maybe both but it makes it hard to do my job.
I keep forgetting things, losing my train of thought, and generally not caring about my job.
I don't like it but I am not gonna go back to the whispering bitch though.
I am done with her.

It could very well be the BP meds. If I may suggest a diet rich in green veggies. I now eat a stable diet of cucumbers, celery and green bell peppers. I consume a large amount of veggies and I have found that it helps clear my system and I think better besides just overall physical well being.

I am happy to keep updating the list and because of this list I think that Miley Cyrus should now be known as Voldemort...as in we can say her name.
