I've dipped enough to be satisfied for a life time, done with it... I killed the bear... hate that scumbag. 02/27/09@ 10pm was my last taste!!!!

Technically tommorrow is first day... Will save the long story, but it is 18 years and counting that I have had been dipping. Closet dipper at his finest. Only about 3 people know I dip and that is what makes it even tougher without this site. Someone who quits smoking gets encouragement etc cause it may be more obvious. Nobody except a few close friends (and you) even know it is a major problem in my life.

So today went the can and tomorrow the hope that it is a means to the end.

Optimistist and hopeful realist....
