One post in two days doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence in your decision to quit.

IF... you come back and see this... man up and own this shit.

No more wishy washy attempts.
No more trying.
No more hoping.

Make the decision and just DO IT!

Get pissed off that a can owns you, man. Get pissed off that they’re taking your money and laughing at YOU paying to kill yourself.

Own this.
Get involved here and stay involved.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.

Bwulf,

I don't see you on roll today??  Are you quit or aren't you??

Let's do this man.  Post your promise and keep your promise every damn day.

You will also need to answer some questions in your new group as well as your old group:

How did it happen?

Why did it happen?

What are you going to do differently this time?

Are you seriously ready to quit?

These questions are to make you dig deep past your addicted brain and into your non-nicotine laced brain and really think about the answers and what they mean to you.

Hope to see you really soon.
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.
Brian Dive

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.

That's a link to your February Quit Group. If you've been here before, you should know the drill about posting roll.

Be prepared to answer some questions.

Just started my journey into a tobacco free lifestyle, again. Not my first go around but really want to stick with it this time. Hoping to have some new quitters with me on this crazy rollercoaster ride!
