Hey my names Landon, I have been dipping Copenhagen wintergreen for about 7 years. I’m 22 and I’ve been getting weird pains, then ENT said I was fine like 3 weeks ago so I figured it’s probably just allergies or something.

I decided to quit for the 2nd time today. Broke up with my girlfriend of 3 years 2 days ago and it hit me hard so I’m in that “I’m gonna make myself better in every possible way” stage. Stopping dipping and working out and trying to be healthier. Last time lasted 3 weeks. Using those ZYN pouches right now.

Just kinda need some help staying on track. I’m in The construction industry so everyone smokes or dips all day around me. Just hoping you guys can give me some wisdom or just maybe have someone to go through the withdrawals and pains with.

Landon,

First off, this is a nicotine free site.  Zyn is loaded with nicotine so you are NOT quit at all, you’ve just changed the delivery method.  If you want to be quit and you want to be on this site, flush all the shit down the toilet.

Next, if you are not quitting for you, you will more than likely fail.  You have to want to be quit.

Once you come to terms with with everything above, you should then join your quit group and post your promise to be nicotine free.  We quit one day at a time here.  We post our promise early in the day and keep our word all day, then we do it all over again the next day.

The choice is yours but you need to get ride of all forms of nicotine first.

Let me know when you do that and we will get you going on the road to quit.

Chris
