I had previously quit Aug 1 2017. Done good for about 14 months. Gave in like a weak punk. Now I am ready to quit for good. I hope knowing what I know now has prepared me to stay strong.

Welcome back Boseephus:

You need to go post roll in your October Group and while you are there you need to answer the following questions both in October 2019 and November 2017:

What happened that made you think you needed to cave?

Why did it happen?

What are you going to do differently this time?

Make sure you think about the answers to these questions.  They are designed to get you to look past your addict brain.
Welcome back, let's get this quit going.

Chris

I was poking around on here ready to quit but didn't know where to start. Got an abrupt kick in the ass and done it. Feels good. I stopped a few years back for about 9 months or so and started back like an idiot. Not doing that again. Hated myself for doing it. Just got tired of coming up with excuses not to quit. Well anyway I was lucky to find just what I was looking for in support. Gonna need it.

What happened after this intro???
