To add to what Idaho Spuds said -

Hoping that it works this time is dangerous, because you are the only person who can make it work. If you don't believe that you are quit, you're not quit. It sounds silly and cliché. But in your mind, you are either quit or not quit. Whichever it is - that's reality.

Which is it?

I have been dipping for around 27 years with 3 months being the longest time I stopped. On day 4 now and hopefully this time works.
Lesterlight, congratulations on your decision! the freedom from chew and nicotine is amazing.

Have you post roll, here is your group topic/30350913/181/

Post roll, this is your daily promise to not use chew for one day, rinse and repeat.

We don't use the word try or hope on KTC, we post roll every day and choose to be quit.

See you on Roll
