To get the most out of this site, post your day count in your Quit Group, which in your case is the January '19 Quit Group (the month you will hit 100 days quit). Post early every single day - weekends, holidays, birthdays, sick days.

Love seeing new quitters!  This place saved my life, seriously.  It can save yours too if you let it work for you and you're willing to try.  Get in your group, learn to post roll, get some numbers of a few in your group and fight through this thing.  You can do it!  Glad you're here!
