Hell of a run @JKrash (https://ktcforum.org/index.php?action=profile;u=11680) ? You didn’t quit, you stopped for a minute. Here is the link to the Aug 2020 group if you are serious this time https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16445.0 . Be prepared to answer the 3 questions there and in your old group. You will never regret quitting but you will always regret caving.

That "hell of a run" mindset needs to go away ASAP. You need to replace it with a mindset where you focus one day at a time and where caving is NEVER an option. The "hell of a run" mentality tells me you never intended for your quit stoppage to last and tried to see just how long you could go before stuffing your face again with cancer dirt. We don't focus on the future here. We can only control TODAY. We quit for TODAY.

Like Keith said, get into the Aug 2020 group and answer the 3 questions. Then focus on keeping your word day to day.

To quit or not to quit.  We don't work towards quit, we quit.  Every damn day, one day at a time.  I quit with you today.  Please show up tomorrow and quit with me again.

Unless you were cured and don't need help anymore this quit attempt didn't last very long at all.  Maybe some other quitter will come along and read this thread and realize that only an every day approach to quitting actually works.

Not a quit. Maybe a stoppage.
