Welcome! @jmhoke23 Awesome choice you made to KilltheCan! Awesome job posting roll. Wash, rinse, and repeat daily for best results. I've been 599 days without missing a roll post and have remained nicotine-free since day 1 as a result. Our method here at KTC is proven to work as long as you completely buy in. @jmhoke23, I see you've posted like a pro in December '21 the last couple of days. That's outstanding! Thefranks5 is right; these first days are going to be difficult. The first weeks are going to be difficult. Quitting is hard. You have to be harder.

You are surrounded by quitters who've been right where you are, though, so reach out if you feel you need to be talked off of the edge of a cave. We follow a simple formula here at KTC:

Welcome @jmhoke23 Glad to see you are finally making one of the most important decisions of your life. You need to start posting roll so that you can be part of a group of quitters but we need your quit date. We have no day 0 so the day you dropped the can is day 1. It is going to be a tough ride so read as much as you can here and ask as many questions as you need. We are cold turkey here so no nicotine replacements but we allow fake to get you thru the oral fix. Share your digits with others but only in a pm and this will help you get thru the day as it gives you an outlet when you need it and you will. I also am a Keystone state resident and live north of you near Lewisburg. My digits are yours and are only a pm away my friend. Stay strong, stay quit and God Bless.
