Congrats Luke!!! If you can do yesterday, you can do today. "Yesterday + 1" is your new motto. You just have to keep that shit out of your mouth one day, one hour, one minute at a time.

Stay on the site, read everything you can, post roll everyday and stay quit. Embrace the suck...feel it and remember it. It is tough to save lives, especially your own. Kick nic's ass one day at a time.

Great job...keep it up.

If you have not posted roll yet go to january and post and introduce yourself. Read read and when you get done reading read some more. Get some numbers from your group and use them if you need to.

Well this is my first post and i'm one day in without taking a dip. Defiantly craving it but just trying to keep myself busy and not think of it.
