Gooood morning my brothers in Quit.Day 2 here no sleep last night but I have to keep going my brain feels like a bowl of jello.I love the smell of Quit in the morning it smells like victorykeep up the good work my brothers

You are a repeat offender in the cave department. Shit or get off the pot. You have caved more than I have had skid marks in my jockey shorts. You are a attention whore plain and simple. Prove yourself by posting everyday and making it to a year or two years quit. Then and only then would I consider taking you seriously. :angry:

As you all know, we are addicts and part of addiction is hiding, lying, sneaking around, and doing things that hurt others and ourselves. I cannot change my past or give excusses for my cave. I can only look at today and make the decission to not use tobacco for the day. I continue to use my past as a learning experience and try to change and be a better person. Head over to January 2010 and introduce yourself - this is your quit group as these folks are in the same stage of their quit as you are.

As for swollen cheeks and bites - ABSOLUTELY NORMAL. I can't tell you how bad my mouth was AFTER I quit. This does get better.

Buckle the chinstrap and hang on for a couple of days. It's going to suck. Plain and simple. That said, before you know it things will begin to look up... promise.
