Title: No more Red Seal
Post by: Natethomas7 on December 21, 2013, 11:16:00 PM
After 16 long years and multiple failed attempts I am ready to throw out the red seal. Been 24 hours since my last dip and decided that with a new job and a kid starting to understand what I am doing it was time to stop. Day 1 done and here's to the day 2

Quit for you, not the job or kid. Get to the Welcome Center and read those briefs points, then get your name on Roll every day.

Welcome to the madness.

Congrats on your decision. If you utilize the tools and support here, and you are 100% committed, you will succeed. It's done one day at a time by simply promising not to use nicotine for that day. The daily promise is the cornerstone of KTC. It's easy as long as you are truly committed to quitting. We are all nicotine addicts here. Staying clean ODAAT. I quit with you today, I promise no nicotine.

Don't make this an 'attempt' or it will become just that, another attempt! Make your decision every day to quit. Turn each day into a battle of your war against nicotine and soon you will be winning battle after battle. I spent a long 40+ years being a slave to the bitch but I've as of today successfully won 630 individual battles. I'm here to assist you if there's anything I can help with. Just pm me.

Great advice from some bad assed quitters already on your thread... Read, read, and read... You want to know how to keep the poison out of your body? Read everything on KTC and own your quit. PM me if you need anything.

Nate, come post roll with us! Don't let this be another failed attempt. Join us and we will quit with you, otherwise your gonna hopefully have 16 more years of failed attempts rather than nicotine stealing some of your years. You can do this and we will do it with you!
