Title: Last chew
Post by: Dchap on December 30, 2011, 02:17:00 AM
After years of slavery to chewing tobacco I am done. I have looked through the website and I am not sure what quit group I would be in to post roll call.

The group depends on when you quit. If you quit today you will join the April group. It goes by your Hall of Fame date (AKA HOF). You Hall of Fame date marks the first 100 days of your quit. Please see your previous post for more details on how things work... I posted some things you should know. ALSO... I highly recommend you visit the welcome center. It explains HOW to post roll everyday etc.

Read this: index.php?showtopic=50 (http://forum.killthecan.org/index.php?showtopic=50) This is the most important thing to know how to do. Posting roll is what this site is built on. Learn how to do it. Keep in mind, we do not "try" to quit around here. We do it. Also, if you post roll, you are giving your word to all of us that you will not use nicotine in any form for the whole day. Your word is your reputation around here. Keep your word and keep your daily promise. Post roll, keep your word to stay quit, then repeat. It is that simple. You can do it. We are so much stronger than nicotine.

All that being said, let me tell you that you will not regret your decision to quit. It was the best decision I ever made. It will be hard in the beginning but it is soooo worth it. Let us know if you have any questions either on here or through personal messages. Stay quit man.

Thanks For the support. I have always tried to do this on my own so I really appreciate this site and those dealing with the same battle.
