A little late to post the introduction, but I'm on day 14 of my quit. I've been at it about 8 years and about a can of grizzly pouches every 2-3 days. I came to the conclusion that it was time to stop and was lucky to find this site with all the others that are strong enough to quit as well. I'm still somewhat young and I want to be able to enjoy the rest of my life without the burden of dipping, and the best way to try and do that is to stop now. This is my first attempt at trying to quit, and I plan on making it my only attempt. I look forward to beating this with the October 2017 group and everybody on this site.

Bad ass intro and attitude Mike. You are smart to do this early before it ruins your health and savings account, along with a book full of regrets. Looking forward to watching you win.

Great intro! Don't be afraid to keep adding thoughts and wins to the introduction no matter how big or small a win may be. Proud to be quit with you brother!

You got a double digit quit going already - you are doing great!!! Keep it up. There may be some funks and tough days ahead - make sure you have enough digits so you can reach out to brothers and sisters if/when you need a lifeline.
You can do this - kick this addiction once and for all while you are still young.
FLLIP (pm me if you need anything)
