Hello, I'm 31 years old today, and after 15 years with the can (Cope Long-Cut), I decided to start my quit today! I know its going to be a long road, but with determination, this sites help, and most important "Gods Help", I'll be able to kick this habit in the ass. I am currently married to my wonderful wife of nine years, and I have a 2 years/3months old son. I have alot to live for and tired of being a slave to the can.

I know you're serious. I saw you in roll call today. That means you're here to be accountable, you're putting your word out there and you're promising others that they can rely on you to stay strong today, and that keeps all of us strong. So, thank you, and stay quit.
And happy birthday.

XCope you got a lot to live for. Take it one day at a time and get some quit. Take back your life.

xcope,
Congrats and GREAT choice. You're right...you have a ton to live for. Don't think about tomorrow, next week, or quitting forever...just one day at time.
Focus on the present. We'll worry about tomorrow when it gets here. You gave your word to this group that you won't dip today, and we are 100% behind you on that.
Great job
