I'm 26 years old and I've been chewing for about 8 years. This is day one. Anybody have any suggestions as to what a good alternative is? I tried smokey mountain but I'm used to chewing Levi Garret leaf..... So the smokey mountain stuff tastes like crap...

Welcome. I tried sunflower seeds. I hated it, felt like a bird without a beak. The fake stuff made me crave for the real stuff.
I just ended up not replacing it at all. Wait, I ate a lot more and gained some lbs....
Lately I found some Aussie liquorice. Soft. I like apple and mango. It has some good juices that I don't spit.
Anything nic free but everyone is different on what they prefer.
You could even grate up carrots and put that in between your cheek and gum or there is shredded beef jerky.
So that is my two sense.

I enjoy Giants seeds and fireballs, different strokes for different folks. I did use a wad of beef jerkey from time to time as well. Grap a pouch of Big League Chew, that may help you out. Just keep your eyes on the prize and you'll get through this shit. Congrats on taking the first step brother!

I've used the Smokey Mt. not real fond of it either but it is better than cat shit!! And I know what it taste like (copensnuff) samething. Main thing post roll, stay quit, and work on a group of supporters to fall back on when the days get rough and they will. But remember we all have been through the samething, Yell at us when you are raging.

Here are my suggestions besides what has been recommended:
1. peanuts, hubba bubba, spinach, ginger, hot dogs, tampons (used or new), blow pops, wad of cat fur, corn cobs, moldy cheese, dildo, 9v batteries, rawhide dog chews, and gently worn panties.
2. More importantly....Are you really ready to quit. As in it is the most important thing in your life. As in you know you can't do this alone? Then follow Chief Wt's wise words:
Main thing post roll, stay quit, and work on a group of supporters
