quitting sucks... it's not fun.
but it's the best damn decision you'll ever make and i can guarantee that you'll never regret it.

not easy.....most things worth doing are not.
Take it from a 42 y/o that waited almost 30 years.......do it now.

I'm on day 3 and not easy so far, I'm 30 and have been at for 14 years now, started out the once a week dip, then a couple times a week then one a day, then it turned into a dip in the lip all day at work, just a little upper that no one could see, my wife of 5 years doesn't even know! I am going to get through this tired of having to find a reason to go outside and get something done to have a dip, make up a reason to run to the store for a dip, etc. On day 3 so I am looking forward to many more to come!

I wish somebody had kicked my ass at your age and straightened me out. You gotta quit that shit for you, not for your girl or folks or us but for YOU. Read the stories these guys put up, you will end up just like that, like us, or you can put that fucking shit down and don't ever pick it up again. Don't half ass quit or start smoking or some stupid shit like that either, that'll just make it worse. I'd kill to have back 20 years of not chewing, You could go either way but the guys on this site should give you a good indication of what the path your on will look like.
